I've come across many guides trying to resolve this issue, but nothing has been successful. It might be due to the missing app that allows using a PIN. I'm here to provide assistance—I have substantial data that can't be recovered.

Are you using the official Microsoft Store or another source? Restoring files on your PC is simple—use a live USB with Win10 PE or Linux (any version). No installation required. Don’t worry about permissions when copying data. If the store isn’t available or wasn’t set up correctly, remove the Microsoft Store and reinstall it, or open Command Prompt as Administrator and run: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth <enter> SFC /scannow <enter>
