Do you believe a Core i7-8700K could cause performance issues with a GeForce 3080 Ti in upcoming AAA titles at 1440p? I'm curious since my setup struggles to maintain steady 144 fps on games like PUBG, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, and RAGE 2, especially with a 144 Hz display. I'm considering upgrading to a Ti series GPU to boost frame rates.

Possible: It's improbable, yet you can't predict it.

We're not sure yet, but the 8700K remains a strong gaming CPU and should perform well, particularly in games with limited graphics.

We don't understand and we truly can't. It seems unlikely to happen.

We lack information about the 3080Ti's performance and Cyberpunk's needs, so it should work. The 8700K remains a solid choice, and running at 1440p will help reduce CPU strain.

I might consider upgrading to the i7-10700K only if needed, since I’d rather hold off until the i7-11700K arrives in 2021.

It seems the 3080Ti isn't a leading gaming CPU. Share its specifications and we'll evaluate them...

I doubt it, yet we can be wrong.
