Hello everyone, I am really struggling with something that started all of a sudden. It is making it hard to have fun playing PC games. At first, I thought the problem was Warzone 2, but then it kept happening even when I tried Unreal Tournament 4. I went out my way just to buy a new graphics card so this could go away, but I am still having the exact same skip problems! Before I started installing Warzone 2 on day three or four, everything was fine. I also noticed that other games like Call of Duty are starting to have these skips too. It is not related to my internet because I just play single-player games with bots and sometimes it happens anyway.

I tried fixing things a few times before this started getting bad. I had Docker Desktop running in the background along with MongoDB, Microsoft SQL Server, and VMMEM.exe all at the same time on my task manager list. None of those were causing the stuttering because I killed them off using the right-click menu when needed. ESET software is not to blame either because it did nothing for me. Windows updates also are not the cause since I had no changes before this started and even if they had changed, there would be no skips happening then.

I already tried DDU (a tool to clean my GPU drivers) but that didn't help at all. Nothing has worked yet. The only thing that came out of nowhere is how it happened without any warning or explanation. I have tried everything else: using DDU again, buying a brand new graphics card, restarting my router and modem, running DISM and SFC checks to make sure the system files are okay. There are no other backup restore points on my computer.

I tried some specific Windows steps like checking the page file settings in the management tools for both the main hard drive and the second hard drive (SDD). I even disabled FTPM security options just because it is common to see this with AMD graphics cards, but neither choice made any difference. I also turned off the TPM security key completely, though that didn't help either.

Here are my computer specs so you can imagine what hardware I have:
* **Case:** Fractal Design Meshify C - Dark TG FD-CA-MESH-C-BKO-TG Black ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
* **Power Supply:** EVGA 600 BR 100-BR-0600-K1 (600W, ATX/12V)
* **Graphics Card:** XFX AMD Radeon RX 6600 with an old RX 570 in it. It has CrossFire support and uses PFC SLI CrossFire power supply certification.
* **Motherboard:** MSI Arsenal Gaming AMD Ryzen 2ND and 3rd Gen AM4 M.2 UDIMM Motherboard (B450 TOMAHAWK MAX II). This includes DVI, HDMI, CrossFire capabilities, and an ATX connection.

I am really confused because it started suddenly without a clear reason or pattern. I need some suggestions on how to fix this.

Go into BIOS and turn off those three things: TPM, SVM, and NX Execute Bit.
