AMD offers limited attractive choices at this cost level. Used models won’t guarantee better performance than Intel’s 12th generation, and the i3-12100 and 12100F provide solid value without breaking the bank.

The 100USD cap is essentially around a 12100 model. Perhaps a previous 11400 or a Ryzen processor would be better options.
