I tried turning the system back on using just the 1440p display at 180hz, but it didn’t work. I also adjusted the 1080p monitor to 180hz beforehand, yet there was no improvement.

Also true. AMD software doesn't work well with older graphics cards.

Mine functions properly since the driver is four years old. Don't update drivers unless the updates make a difference.

I've tried some older versions (24.10.1 and 24.9.1) and they both lead to the same problem. Removing drivers usually stops the errors instead of causing them. It looks like AMD's drivers might be involved.
