Disconnect the power source for five minutes, ensuring the PSU is off beforehand. Restore all settings to their defaults and activate secure boot. Restart and navigate to BIOS. Activate the option for above 4G. Turn on resizable BAR (disable auto). Does this configuration function correctly?

That clarifies the situation. It seems I didn’t check enough compatibility options, just relied on the 4G encoding being available in BIOS and the Radeon Software indicating it should be enabled. Thanks for the feedback!
