AMD Ryzen Overheating Greetings!
I'm new here, but I'm facing problems with my AMD Ryzen 3 3100. The temperature spikes to 70/75/60°C even when idle, and the BIOS shows it reaching 60% during startup. After applying the thermal paste (GD007), the same issues persist. I tried a Lanshuo 6 Heat Pipe cooler but it didn't help. Any advice?

Ensure proper installation and even distribution of pressure and thermal paste. Verify the cooler is clean; remove any leftover thermal paste using alcohol. The R3 3100 is a low-power chip, so the issue likely lies elsewhere unless the cooler is contaminated.
