Hi, I'm trying to decide between AMD and Intel for my new laptop. I've never used AMD before but have been considering it lately. My current setup is a Dell Precision M6800 with an i7 and Quadro K5100M, which didn't meet my expectations when using Lumion and other programs compared to the GTX980M. Most of the software I need—like Vray and Autodesk products—require gaming graphics cards, so I'm thinking about upgrading to a GeForce RTX 3000 series. I'm wondering which configuration would be better for 3D modelling and rendering: AMD Ryzen 9 6980HX/6900HX with a GeForce RTX 3070Ti or Intel Core i9 12900HK/H with a GeForce RTX 3080Ti? Also, the Ryzen model can't support more than 8GB of RAM, so I won't be able to use both at the same time. Thanks in advance.

I would choose the intel because it offers a stronger gpu, which should assist with 3d modeling and rendering. Additionally, i believe adobe products perform better on intel chips, is that right?
