All systems on my PC are functioning properly except for my CPU. I turned on XMP, but I'm not sure about anything else and don't have much technical experience.

The mention of "turbo 2.85GHz average" could relate to this. It's worth checking if the CPU isn't throttling due to heat. Instead of using memebenchmarks, consider tools like Cinebench R20 for a more accurate assessment.
