I have a Gigabyte AORUS x570 pro Wi-Fi with 4x32GbG.skillz Trident 3600 RAM, Ryzen 5950X and 360 closed LC. The fabric and memory speeds drop below 1800. Auto is reliable but performance stays the same. For better stability, consider adjusting RAM settings—upgrading could help.

Stock offers the most reliable performance (when XMP is active). AMD tends to underperform compared to Intel, and the difference is usually unnoticeable in regular use. Are you aiming for better scores in tests or something else?
