Hey there, I own a Phenom II X2 550 BE and just unlocked two extra cores, turning it into an AMD Phenom II X4 B50. To boost performance, I followed this guide: http://www.overclock.net/t/535501/amd-k1...king-guide. However, during a Blend Test, my PC crashes after just five minutes. The instructions suggest raising the Vcore Voltage from 1.325V to 1.4V, but when I reach 1.353V and above, the BIOS warns it's not recommended. Should I proceed with this change? Thanks a lot!

Sure, it's not suggested, but it doesn't stop you from trying if you're willing to take the chance.

If you aim to boost the Vcore and Vcpu-NB, consider adjusting the relevant settings accordingly.
