recently someone tried to install amd overdrive on a ryzen 2400g but the system booted back in, yet you've seen big frame drops and lower fps lately—can you help me out? i'm really struggling.

Remove the overdrive and reinitialize your CMOS. Opt for Ryzen Master instead of the overdrive.

Uninstall the overdrive and reset your CMOS. Consider using Ryzen Master instead of overdrive.
Sorry I'm new to this, I'm 15.
I've uninstalled overdrive but performance remains poor, which is similar to resetting CSMOS.
