Hi, I noticed that after installing AMD Overdrive today, the CPU speed displayed was 3.8 GHz instead of the expected 3.5 GHz. I want to know if it's still overclocked and how to reset it back to default, since BIOS appears to be working correctly with the frequency set to auto.

It seems like the system is operating at high speed, which is typical.

It appears it's running at 3.8GHz; to use the stock settings, simply load the default BIOS options.

I've already tried this in BIOS as well, and after removing my CMOS battery and putting it back, the display still shows the CPU at 3.8 GHz with settings in AUTO mode.

There's obviously some background load & it's hitting it's multicore Boost speed which is 3.8ghz.
I don't really see an issue , if you want it max 3500mhz then just disable turbo core in bios.
