It looks like I'm taking a bit of time with my build for the gaming PC. I'm wondering which processor to choose—some think Intel is better, others say AMD is the way to go. I'm hoping this post will help clarify things for me.

It varies with your budget. Typically you're looking at a 2200/2400G from AMD or an 8400 or 8700K from Intel.

It varies based on your budget and whether you're focusing solely on gaming. For pure gaming, Intel is a solid choice. If you also stream or handle other activities alongside gaming, Ryzen might be better suited.

I enjoy gaming, streaming, and video editing since I plan to start a YouTube channel focused on gaming videos.

Ryzen is the choice, while Intel products come at a higher price for those needing advanced multitasking features.

The details of Intel's offerings may vary. Could you clarify what specific aspects you'd like more information on?

2700x with around 3600mhz RAM on an X470 board. An 8700k should give marginally higher FPS (varies by GPU) but won’t be as smooth for streaming and video editing.
