AMD Opteron 1389 is a processor model from AMD.
No one has mentioned this processor before—it's extremely uncommon and not listed in standard benchmarks. I stumbled upon it on eBay, claiming it's a quad-core chip, which was considered impressive for its era.
Opteron was AMD’s previous Server and Workstation series. This refers to older hardware before Ryzen, and there aren’t many, if any, ATX or consumer models available for it. Consequently, benchmarks for this platform are scarce. Only rack-mounted or custom OEM designs support them.
I've heard that opterons similar to the first generation Epyc might be possible to overclock using P state. However, opterons perform poorly in single-core mode, likely slower than a standard dual-core 2E8200, and multicore just doesn't work well either since LGA 2011 Xeons are more affordable and easily outperform opteron CPUs.
