Numerous B550 boards in the $200 range are more than sufficient even for a 5950x

The first PCIe X16 slot uses PCIe 4.0 for your graphics card, while your first M.2 drive connects via a first-generation PCIe 4.0 x4 slot. Your second M.2 will use PCIe 3.0. Consider whether you really need it and if you’ll actually purchase a second M.2 SSD capable of speeds above about 3.8 GB/s, depending on how often it will be used.

The tomahawk wifi offers a solid X570 build. For your budget, I suggest looking at Asus TUF and Aorus Elite.
You're paying an additional $100 just to improve speed from *very fast* to *very slightly faster* on the 2nd m.2 drive. Wish I could afford that kind of money! Make sure you choose a Gen 4 model that really outpaces the top 3.0 options. And savor that extra .001 second from those boosted transfer speeds! XD
You might consider the AsRock X570m Pro4... It's the one I'm using, and it performs excellently with my 5800X. (achieving full 5GHz bandwidth from the CPU)
