I think there are likely more System-on-Chips in stock, mainly mobile-oriented – typically located in OEM mini PCs built for power efficiency.

Embedded is mostly being swapped for ARM, YET some SoC motherboards remain in stock—just look for server or integrated boards like thinITX.
