I believe it relates to the Vcore loadline calibration. I adjusted it to medium as instructed in the video.

Yes sir, that's correct. Adjust to extreme settings to remove any chance of v-droop. Black screening at the beginning of the blend test on Prime95 showed a reading of 1.44v when set to 1.40v. Lowering the multiplier.

New Update. If you notice a popping noise when using OBS alone, does that indicate a need for higher voltage? At 4.5 ghz and 1.428v, it isn't stable for Prime95 (no failures). It seems to run games smoothly without sound pops and crashes.

CountMike shared his experience about voltage requirements. He mentioned that 4.5 GHz needs a bit more than 4.4 GHz at the same voltage, while 4.5 GHz might need even higher.
