CountMike mentioned it should be sufficient. Even though it was marked red, it still functions properly. Also, verify if your BIOS includes LLC (Load Line Calibration) to ensure voltage adjustments are made correctly.

I am limited to modifying LLC to standard extreme or auto settings, but it does not alter anything further.

Watched a video and adjusted several parameters; now the accurate voltage display is appearing for attempting a stable 4.5Ghz overclock.
