Are there any additional settings active? Check the Steam cache and attempt to clear the user directory within the launcher. It functions properly on my machine.

Attempted a reinstall. Also removed the Hoi4 folder from Steam Apps and the Paradox Interactive folder from Documents.

Still experiences crashes at startup, but after rolling back the drivers it functioned properly. Appreciate the help!
