AMD Difference in Multipliers
I'm testing my A10 7700k and observing in AMD OverDrive that CPU0 and CPU1 are correctly set at 3.7Ghz, while CPU2 and CPU3 are limited to 1.9Ghz. Adjusting the Gigabyte BIOS multiplier doesn't seem to resolve this issue. Running Prime95 across all four cores causes a Task Manager CPU usage of 75% even when everything runs at full capacity, suggesting it expects each core to operate at 3.7Ghz. AOD Clocks show CPU0 and CPU1 at 3700 with ~3700, CPU2 and CPU3 around 1900. I've previously overclocked via BIOS, possibly altering settings, and am using a dGPU (750Ti) to see if it helps. I'm wondering if this is normal or what could be causing it.
