Looking to purchase a CPU priced between $10 and $20, preferably with triple or quad-core processors. I need to make it work: yes, I'm a bit on a budget.

It seems like you're suggesting a budget-friendly PC, but you probably won't get much value.

Is the second-hand market conveniently reachable? A more recent Intel processor usually offers better worth compared to an FX model.

Just need the file ready for CS:GO at a very low resolution. Settings should work fine.

Looking for a board and RAM setup. I'm checking out used desktops, which usually offer better price and performance.

I'm in Georgia, Tbilisi has seen market and brand new options, though they come with high costs. Our Lari isn't worth that much compared to the dollar.

Used models from the 2nd to 4th generation I3 or I5 tend to offer better performance while matching similar prices.

The inexpensive solution fails since it requires a graphics card, adding unnecessary cost.

Consider searching for an older office PC suitable for running a low-end setup like a GT1030, GTX 1050, or GTX 1050 Ti. It should be sufficient for basic CS:GO but won’t deliver high FPS or competitive performance. If you’re only aiming for the lowest settings, it could be a budget-friendly choice. A friend of mine used an entry-level HP with an i7-4770 and 16GB RAM to play at around 280 FPS.
