Amber CPU and memory indicators inactive – no startup detected.
Started with the new PC build, completely unfamiliar with assembly. Followed the MOBO guide and additional tutorials. The system powers on but no screen appears. On the motherboard, CPU and DRAM indicators flash amber and remain active. Attempted to enter BIOS failed; tried booting only via PSU, CPU, and MOBO without success. Verified all connections per documentation. Next troubleshooting: check power delivery stability, test cables, ensure proper fan operation, and verify BIOS access method.
