Searching for an AM5 motherboard matching your needs. Key features: 2 M.2 PCIe 5.0 slots, multiple SATA3 ports, and at least two NICs (preferably 2.5Gb). The MSI MPG X670E Carbon WIFI is close but missing a second NIC. The Asrock X670E Steel Legend offers two NICs but only one M.2 5.0 slot. The ROG Crosshair Extreme is highly rated but exceeds budget and has misleading specs. The MSI Carbon with an optional NIC on the bottom PCIe lane seems optimal based on layout.
