I hear that beep code at startup. It sounds like a long one followed by three short tones. Many guides say it indicates either no VGA support or a bad RAM module. I later confirmed with Gigabyte support that this isn't related to VGA issues. After flashing the BIOS to the latest version, the RAM appears compatible with the system. Both slots are working fine. I tested with a different stick and onboard video, but nothing changed. The CPU part list shows an AMD Ryzen 5 7600X running at 4.7 GHz. The cooler is a Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE. RAM is Corsair Vengeance RGB 32 GB. Storage is a Samsung 980 Pro M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 drive. The graphics card is an MSI MECH 2X RX 6750 XT. I used a case, power supply, and keyboard from various brands. Overall cost came to about $1,180.

You have an AMI BIOS manual entry, one long and two short notes about video cards. Edit: Noted, you might already have done this. The motherboard could include the old F1 BIOS. This CPU needs F2 BIOS for compatibility. Refer to a Q-Flash Plus guide for updating the BIOS without booting. Use the USB port labeled "e" as shown in the picture. Spoiler.

Check if the system supports integrated graphics by disconnecting the GPU and connecting the monitor directly to the motherboard. Be aware that memory setup might require a few minutes on AM5 platforms.

I’m certain it’s installed properly. My best guess is that the 6000 speed RAM and 7600x only handle 5200, though technically I believe the actual RAM is 4800 which can be upgraded to 6000 via XMP settings. Since I haven’t accessed the BIOS to enable XMP, I don’t think this is the case. It’s possible both drives are faulty, but that seems unlikely.

Absolutely, I tried it this weekend and got the GPU today, but it didn’t fix the problem. @skiiwee29

It seems like you're asking about a video and its sound pattern. Could you clarify if you mean the audio duration or something else? I'm here to help with details!

I’ve gone through the troubleshooting steps we tried earlier, but it would help if you shared the full list again. Please note the suggestion to remove the CPU and inspect the pins in the socket for any bending or damage.

I mentioned in the initial comment that I used just a built-in graphics card and onboard display, which produced the same outcome.

The 7600x does support 6000Mts rams but it is true that AM5 also has a lot of compatibility issues still and stuff like this happens. Also you're right that your rams don't just go to their designated 6000MTs EXPO or XMP without you enabaling it first. But this still doesn't mean that you're not having a ram compatibility issue here. I know you'ver tried without the graphics card, but just to be sure, take it out of the PC entirely during the whole time you do your testings. Better yet, you should always just hook up your Motherboard to the only needed parts outside of the chassis to test and see if you get a boot before assembling the PC inside the chassis. This might be a shot in the dark, but can you double check to see if your CPU fan connected to the correct header? Here is what I would do. I would take everything outside the chassis to make it easier and only connected the essentials to do my testings, reseat the CPU and the CPU cooler to make sure it's installed correctly. Clear CMOS and try only with one stick of RAM at a time. And then beyond that, you will need some spare parts to test out. I would go in this order, RAMs, Motherboard, PSU, CPU. I would simply start by testing someone else's RAM stick in this PC or one of these sticks in someone elses. If you can't do any of these, then I would just call up the place I bought the motherboard from and say that it's not working ask for help.
