I'm searching for an AM5 motherboard that fits your requirements. You need multiple x1 slots: one each for capture card, Lan card, Sound Blaster, USB, and possibly a SATA expansion card, all within a 4070Ti triple slot. Also, you want an AMD TPM header since AMD FTPM isn't ideal.

You require TPM for secure installation. Windows FTMP works well without it. You can easily find a board with the speed you need, offering better sound cards and more USB ports than the Sound Blaster.

Consider getting a Threadripper board. I think most of your cards won’t be useful except Capture One and possibly a sound card if you’re a musician. Otherwise, integrated sound chips on the boards are fine for most users. How many USB and SATA ports will you need?

I was searching for a board featuring 4 NVMe drives (2 from CPU) and 4 SATA ports without ASM1061, along with Realtek LAN and ALC1200 audio. Instead of finding those parts, I was advised to opt for expansion cards with better hardware. A LAN card is essential since the onboard Intel and Killer components cause frequent connection drops. The Sound Blaster is recommended due to issues with the Alc897 and Alc4080 controllers. Some boards use faulty ASM1061 SATA controllers, so an external card is necessary.

Certain AM5 boards often include many components such as ALC1220, four M2 slots, and six SATA X670E Aorus master modules. If you need an abundance of PCIe devices—even if it's not necessary for performance—consider a Threadripper-style board which offers plenty of those ports.

ASUS X670E Creator WiFi offers multiple expansion options. It includes two PCI-E X16 slots supporting either x16 + x0 or x8 + x8 configurations, plus two M.2 slots for PCI-E 5.0. There are four SATA ports connected via the chipset, and an additional PCI-E slot provides extra space for a capture card. The system supports Intel 2.5Gb Gigabit Ethernet and Marvell 10Gb Gigabit Ethernet. Audio is handled by RealTek S1220A. The rear board features eleven USB ports, combining USB4 Type-C and up to nine USB ports on the front. This motherboard was used for a machine built for ML and stock trading, customized for a family member.
