Heard Linus suggest using just two RAM sticks for better stability in the AM5 launch. Is that still true?

There are a few signal integrity concerns, but you likely won’t need to worry about them. However, using twice the RAM sticks increases your failure probability by a factor of two. In particular with DDR5, switching from 2 to 4 RAM modules often reduces the supported maximum speed on existing systems.

Certainly, just confirm if you require 128 or 192 GB.

Intel's approach differs in specific ways, but adding more modules doesn't necessarily mean the same instability issues.
