Operating a custom-built AMD FX 8320 processor with 8 cores at 3.64GhZ and 64-bit configuration, paired with a Radeon R9 290, is challenging. I experience high temperatures during games like Fallout 4, Wildstar, Assassin's Creed, and Witcher 3, reaching up to 76°C. This is concerning.

I'm looking for a straightforward method to keep my liquid cooling system running efficiently under these demanding conditions.

Running a custom built:
AMD FX 8320- 8 Core processor @3.64GhZ - 64bit 8 core, with duel SAPPHIRE Radeon R9 290 DirectX 11.2 100362SR clocked @4GB
I run Fallout_4, Wildstar, Assassin's Creed (gotta have them ALL!!!), Witcher 3..(ETC.) and I notice my system temperature... "OH NOES, here comes the Laaaaaag!!!" rising to 76 degrees Celsius....
....that worries me a bit...
How can I keep my (LIQUID) system cooler while playing these games or similar?
(Just need a straightforward guide to lower my liquid cooled setup's temperature.)
First, should we focus on CPU or GPU temps? For CPU temps, keep in mind using AMD Overdrive, since it's the only reliable software for AMD CPUs.
Regarding your liquid cooling system, how many radiators do you have? What is their size? How quickly does your pump spin?
