I question if he’ll locate RAM timings in a laptop BIOS. Do you even own one? @Soumendra HWiNFO can display them. When comparing MT/s (MHz), you likely won’t be able to apply XMP as you would with a standard desktop (verify this). If XMP isn’t supported (no toggle option in BIOS), consider JEDEC 3200 memory, which handles that speed without XPM... though these units tend to cost more than regular ones.

I need to explore this topic further. The information provided was very useful. I also understood that there is CPU-Z available for Windows, but I plan to use Memtest86+ because I already have a live Linux USB. I’ll seek your guidance again when I require more advice.
