You shouldn't rely on userbenchmark. Consider testing Cinebench R23 or 24, or using Superposition for graphics. Are you using a 3600MHz RAM? If so, try running it with and without DOCP (XMP) activated.

It's hard to rely on this, but it gives you the details you need, right? The CPU is running smoothly, but RAM is lagging and the hard drives are struggling. In the end, it should mostly function at a decent mid-range level. Just swap in better drives and turn on XMP settings, and you should see solid performance again.

Have you turned off all power options and set the PC to eco mode? This reduces GPU performance. Are you using a hard drive instead of an SSD? Modern games struggle on HDDs, so switching to an SSD is recommended—for instance, run CoD on an SSD rather than a HDD. Have you ensured all settings and drivers are properly configured?

I’ll be there soon.
Yes, I set it for ultimate performance mode.
That explanation fits, but why would it run on the same HDD a year ago at 50fps while now it’s 12?
Correct.
I’ve set every game setting to the minimum and installed the newest driver.

xmp performed well overall, but my computer still crashes or bluescreens when using less than 3600 MHz RAM. I’m trying 3200 and it seems more stable, though I had a Windows corruption incident before—best buy staff mentioned that.
