The main issue stems from the lack of a PS2, serial number, and input options. I can only watch it boot fully to the desktop and shut down using the power button. Attempts made: 1. WinRe → uninstall update → error 2. WinRE → restore point → no fix 3. PCI-e to USB adapter wasn’t detected in Windows (no driver prompt, mouse not connected) – might try other cards but they’re hard to find 4. Changed UEFI settings – tried all combinations – no success 5. Reset via jumper – can’t remove battery without dismantling the whole unit – 6. Safe mode also shows no USB support. Essentially, keyboard and mouse function in UEFI or WinRE/KyHI, but once Windows loads they stop working. After boot, no USB is recognized. Reinstalling Windows would be the only option, given the huge game library with large downloads. Help would be really appreciated! Thank you!
