I did precisely what I intended, but I'm still facing issues. The fans aren't responding, and the screen doesn't detect the power on. What you observe is just what I experienced before. Now I understand the misalignment isn't the problem. I don't even hear the PSU fan working.

It's possible I'm mistaken, but it seems my power supply might have stopped working around the same time as the adjustment.

Certain PSUs offer an eco setting where the fan stays off until a specific temperature is hit. Disconnect the USB header to whatever port it is connected to. Consider using one stick of RAM or swapping in RAM if the first stick fails. Take out the CPU and reinstall it, then inspect the socket for any signs of damage.

The USB headers on your AIO are specific to your setup. You don’t need to unplug it unless you’re troubleshooting. Removing the RAM stick doesn’t affect compatibility as long as the correct type is used.

It seems the attempt didn't yield any outcome.

What kind of AIO do you have? I checked for one matching your design, specifically an Asus model. It seems the USB header is only for powering the LCD on the cover, not for essential components like the pump which uses a 4-pin connector. The board also includes a debug code LED—try using it to help identify the problem preventing boot-up.

It's not quite an E-ATX. If it's only slightly off, you might be able to adjust the standoffs for a better view and then screw in a bit. Using a tool that secures well should make bending the standoff easier.

It's a ROG Ryujin III 369 Extreme, ideal for AIO use with the motherboard and CPU. The debug LED remains inactive; I expect to see numbers or characters but don’t see anything. Probably irrelevant. I’ve tested it before and still get no output.
