Ugh... my Windows installation is damaged and can't be fixed. I reinstalled a brand new Windows 10, but every time I power on the PC it briefly beeps, then shuts off for a couple seconds before restarting normally. The BIOS logo doesn't show up at all—just the windows open and lights flickering in certain areas. Everything else seems to work fine. Got any suggestions?
