I don’t have one. My Steam, Uplay, and Origin accounts have been removed, just like ESO’s.

I understand your Steam games sometimes miss settings, but I haven’t seen them remove themselves. For other programs, it’s possible they’re not updating properly. Regarding personal files, maybe the Windows setup hasn’t been saved from a backup.

Visit Steam, go to Settings, then Downloads, and select Steam Library Folders. Verify that Steam is searching at the correct location. Additionally, confirm that your drive name or letter hasn’t been altered.
