Just started and need assistance
I recently swapped a case from a Victus by HP 15L Gaming Desktop (TG02-xxx). Here are the details of my new setup:
new specs:
nvme 512GB
CPU: 5600G
new motherboard: Gigabyte B450M DS3H V2 AMD AM4 Socket
Ryzen 5600G
Zotac 3060ti OC
16GB Pny (2x8 GB 3200 mhz)
CPU fan (be quiet pure rock 2)
PSU: Powerspec 750w bronze

I removed all HP programs, but some files remain. I installed the drivers for the new board and everything is working fine with stable FPS.
However, I noticed the games stutter every second or two, sometimes freeze briefly, then restart after a few seconds. This happens with every game I play, even simple ones.

I followed steps from this video (timestamp 31:40):

Clear the previous Windows setup and begin anew. Removing HP software and adding drivers isn't enough.
