Hi, I bought a Lenovo Legion Y740 15-inch laptop about four years ago (with an Intel Core processor). It has been roughly half a year since I tried playing a game and it crashed. Since that day, my laptop just won't work properly anymore. I've wiped Windows many times—went back to Win 10, tried different versions, etc. I also re-installed the NVIDIA drivers, including installing an older version, but nothing really fixed the problem. This laptop has one integrated graphics card and one gaming graphics card (RTX 2060). When I play simple games like Vampire Survivors, it works fine, but games like Euro Truck Simulator 2, GTA 5, Diablo III, etc., either won't start at all or crash right away, or they show flickering issues before finally crashing. I ran the Heaven benchmark 4.0, and it shows an error message saying something about NVidia GPU Direct3D11. It says: device removed D3D11Texture:: created() can't create RGBA8 16X16X16 3D texture RenderManager::createTexture(): can't create texture When I check the device manager, task manager, dxdiag, etc., it seems to be working normally on paper but apparently not in practice. I am wondering what steps I should take to fix this issue?

If you reinstall Windows and start over with a new driver, the problem is likely one of two things: your graphics card is getting too hot, or your power supply unit can't handle the load.
