Generally, when I attempt to overclock my CPU (Pentium G3258), it seems the multipliers are restricted. I recently updated the BIOS, which appeared to resolve an issue with installing Windows 10 on this specific motherboard, but the same update hasn't fixed the current problem. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I've noticed the inquiry about his motherboard several times.
If you're using the newest BIOS, you should be fine.
If you're current, attempt a reflash to the latest version.
