All the lights on the PC turned on, but your keyboard and mouse didn’t respond. There was no video displayed on the monitor. This happened immediately after installing new RAM—it didn’t work at first, then it worked again when using the old RAM. I also tried applying pressure to the GPU, but I’m not sure how that would affect the peripherals. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

It's possible a few wires came out while you were handling them. Make sure to reinstall all internal cables, paying close attention to the power connections.
