This script issue is really confusing. Rockstar seems powerless to stop players who use hacks or scripts to spawn 3D characters and crash games. They can even freeze players, give them money, and then ban them later. Script users have ruined GTA V Online, which had great potential. Rockstar needs to act before it ends completely.
I noticed this in Steam conversations as well, so it's not just you. We don't have much control over it.
Don't hold users responsible for downloading hacks; the issue lies with Rockstar's design choices. Even GTA IV had flaws compared to this situation. You were permitted to use the Simple Native Trainer online, but your session was flagged as usage, making it clear beforehand. Now sessions can't be searched, there are no dedicated servers, and the 'seamless multiplayer' concept has led to these problems.
Well, it doesn't have to be friends... Maybe a post on this forum would help...
Back then, there were far fewer hackers at launch compared to today. I used to play seriously for a while, focusing on earning money and interacting with users outside of Chrome Adders. Nowadays, almost everyone has a lot of money from scripthook trainers and they tend to cause trouble everywhere.
Certainly there were fewer hackers when the game was first launched. Would you prefer to play in a different lobby or invite friends to join your friend group? That sounds straightforward.
I think you might have sent the wrong message, mate. I’m not the one causing trouble with the hackers, that’s for sure. 😄
Yeah, it's so simple that is actually pretty stupid. Than there is no point in selling Shark Cards anymore yes? The point of ANY ONLINE MULTIPLAYER game are those PUBLIC servers where you can get along with new people, playing and coordinating missions with those same new people and not co-op mode...
