The PC has been running for three years, but the issue began a few days ago. I'm still trying to understand what's happening.

You need more details about the PC. Please specify if it's a laptop or desktop, the graphics card model, the processor type, storage format (HDD or SSD), the games you're playing, whether it's a new title, and what caused the lag before it started.

Hi there! I'm here to help. What games are you enjoying? Have you experimented with changing game settings?

I enjoy playing Forza Horizon 5, CS2, and Euro Truck Simulator 2 mainly. I keep every setting low. Yet the lobby feels very slow and laggy, around 20fps. I even reinstalled Windows again. The task manager shows this while a game starts. 20240112_175209.heic

Could you share the image directly instead? I’m not sure how to handle files from the web right now. Thanks for your understanding!

It might be storing games on the hard drive. @Geeth, could you download HWinfo and share a screenshot so we verify PCIe slots, RAM speed, and timing details?
