If your cooler can't maintain a temperature below 100°C, it's time for a replacement. I don't recall its performance before purchase—only that it stopped working recently. Over time, some coolers accumulate dust or debris. Many all-in-one units are hard to service and clean properly. Once they get clogged or water evaporates inside, most users discard them and opt for new ones.
I purchased this AIO in April 2022. Would you like to file a return or replacement request? The device has been functioning well for about a year until suddenly issues began. The bracket change seems to have worsened the problem, causing it to throttle much more quickly. Please advise on the next steps. Thank you.
If it previously functioned properly but now isn't, please return it for an RMA. It seems the Lian Li Gallahad coolers come with a 5-year warranty, which means replacement is likely recommended.
Update: I placed my AIO using next-day delivery on a Saturday. They confirmed receipt on Monday, August 7th and issued a claim form on August 8th. On August 10th, a representative from ACRO India (my authorized distributor in India) messaged me via WhatsApp, mentioning possible delays and asking if I wanted to switch to another product at an extra cost. I declined the upgrade and requested repair or return of my item, stating I’m fine with the delay. I haven’t received any response yet, and my emails remain unanswered. I’ll post again once there’s a status change. Edit (26/08/2023): I got my AIO today. They sent a replacement since their article mentioned similar issues with products from the same year, especially after 1-2 years of use. Temperatures seem normal now. Appreciate your assistance.
