All gadgets shut down and come back online within moments.
All at once my connected devices such as, headset, mouse, keyboard, mic, and speakers will all do this "stutter" type thing. I have tested all the devices separately, uninstalled and reinstalled all drivers, and whipped my drives. I'm on Windows 10 64bit. As well as on a newly build PC ( https://pcpartpicker.com/list/cTbmC6 ) And if there is anything else I need to add please let me know, I'm not familiar with all I need.
