Hello! Yes, deleting everything from your PC and wiping the HDD won’t affect your Windows license. The validity comes from your digital license, not physical storage.

It's not recommended unless it's connected to the motherboard these days; it varies by hardware. You can download a program to retrieve your product key if you're unsure. https://www.belarc.com/products_belarc_advisor will also collect any other license keys you require.

Restarting Windows, particularly on the identical machine, generally doesn’t cancel your license. If your license is tied to hardware, you might transfer it to another device, though it won’t work across multiple computers simultaneously
