It appears malware is concealed on your device and remains active until you access Task Manager. Consider installing Malwarebytes; however, a complete system restore might be necessary if this is the root cause.

It seems the task manager closes unexpectedly once you stop using it, which isn't ideal. When you perform a full system restore, are you referring to a complete Windows reinstall?
