I've owned an Alienware R10 for several years and recently faced a recurring crashing problem. It would suddenly shut down with a white flash twice, and I could only recover by unplugging the power cord before restarting. After that, the PC ran smoothly until I started a demanding FPS game, which triggered the issue again. Others have reported similar problems, suggesting a GPU fault, though I'm still unsure. I've cleaned the system and run tests without issues. Since my warranty is over, I'm hoping for a fix without buying new Dell/Alienware parts. Appreciate any advice or support.
