What percentage of Windows XP computers are unable to update to Windows 10 though I mean, I've said it already but I just don't see it any other way no matter how hard I think of it: anyone who was planning to update has already done so long ago, and anyone who still hasn't clearly has no intentions of doing so, so they can pull the plug any time as far as I'm concerned. TBH, I'd say kill 1607 while they're at it.
