There are numerous security alert windows appearing frequently, yet they remain hidden from view. When I close any application, they still appear. (White background in the image highlights how many windows overlap due to this effect) All of them share the same certificate, but I’m unsure about its origin. Glasswire isn’t showing any new connections, and no updates appear in the task manager. Is there a way to identify the cause and resolve this issue?

The certificates remain active, so there shouldn't be a problem. Your computer's clock appears correct and your browser version is up to date. It might be originating from a Windows background service such as Cortana or the desktop search bar, attempting to connect to the internet.
