You have two silent wings with four fans at the front and a Noctua NF F12 in the back. Apparently Steve mentioned it’s problematic without the rear fan, though I might be mistaken.
Unless you're constantly using Cinebench, I doubt the cooler will push itself that hard while gaming or relaxing. The AK620 came out in 2021, while the D15 is almost a decade older, which means it should have better heatpipe technology already.
I returned home today and picked up a tube of Arctic Silver Ceramique2 thermal paste. I cleaned the CPU and cooler, applied a generous amount of the new paste, and carefully reinstalled the cooler. Temperatures dropped noticeably, though removing the CPU from its socket reset my fan settings. The new profile is much gentler on high temperatures, which is a relief. The old paste pattern looked fairly consistent after I handled the cooler carefully, so it’s possible it was a combination of factors. Arctic paste is definitely easier to clean than Deepcool Z10, that’s for sure. Now my temps are much closer to my friend’s.
