Hello, I've been using this AIO cooler for nearly a year now (purchased on eBay). Initially, everything ran smoothly, but after some time it began making a rattling sound from the pump. After checking online, I discovered that air bubbles trapped inside the pump were causing the noise. The radiator was always positioned at the highest point, yet the bubbles persisted. Recently, I upgraded to a new PC case and mounted the radiator on top. This time it didn’t fit properly, so I placed it at the front instead. I thought this would resolve the issue, but it didn’t. I’ve tried tilting the PC sideways to help release bubbles, though it only works briefly. I also disassembled the radiator and spun it around to move the bubbles, but that didn’t help. The AIO itself is functioning correctly. I’m experiencing low temperatures on my i5 10600K, but the noise bothers me. Should I try more solutions or consider replacing the cooler? IMG_0168.mp4

I’d throw it away and purchase a new one. If you got it secondhand on eBay, it wouldn’t be worth the chance.

Doesn't sound like bubbles. Sounds more like the bearings have taken a dump. There is a way to remove air/gas that could be trapped in the system but it requires opening the hose at the highest point and letting the air/gas escape while the system is running. You can work on the fluid system in your computer just like you can work the radiator system in your automobile. To remove bubbles/air trapped inside the hoses/radiator in your car, remove the radiator cap before starting the automobile and let the car run for a bit while the fluid is circulated thru the system. The pump will move the bubbles/fluid thru the system until the bubble reach the highest point and that point is where the radiator cap has been removed allowing the bubbles to escape. The same process can be applied to the system in your computer. It just takes a little more effort because the computer system does not have a radiator cap so one must be installed first.

I only needed to know that it was purchased on EBay... please replace it as soon as possible. While you're waiting, make sure to regularly back up your data.
