AIO pump not working?
Hello, I recently turned on my rig and found the aio pump either not functioning or operating poorly. My temperatures reached 94˚ in desktop/idle mode, while only the CPU block was noticeably hot. I applied thermal paste (a good one from Arctic MX-4) and removed the pre-applied sticker and paste. The rad fans are spinning, but I’m unsure if the pump is connected correctly—currently using a 4-pin connector when it should be a 3-pin header for AIO pumps. I can’t hear the pump, possibly because the case fans are running loudly due to CPU overheating. I tested the pump three months ago and it worked then; it’s been inactive since. Could you assist with troubleshooting this problem?

Is it covered under warranty? It seems likely it is. Even if it’s plugged into a 4-pin header, it should still work. Unfortunately, this has happened, so consider using a CPU fan until you can buy a replacement. If it’s still under warranty, contact the vendor and request an RMA.
